A.The answer usually varies depending on several factors including, but not limited to, number of healthcare professional who need access to the mobile workstations, number of patients served and space available at your facility. Q.Do you offer options for lower grade processors in your PC units?
A.In our experience, one of the best routes to your satisfaction has been to outfit our equipment with top-of-the-line hardware that meets the stringent requirements of the medical environment. However, if you have special requests for modifications in any of our units, we are certainly happy to discuss them.
Q.Can you help us get set up on a wireless network?
A.Yes, in addition to providing mobile workstations, as a wireless infrastructure company, Rioux Vision can also assess your wireless network needs, recommend and sell you a solution, as well as offer ongoing support. We will work directly with your healthcare institution’s technical staff to ensure that the network provides an ideal environment for the mobile units and all of your wireless needs.
Q.Can we run our current software on your machines?
A.Yes. In fact, in most cases, we will install and test the software at our facility prior to shipping to you. Then, we will perform another series of tests on location to ensure that all of the units are operational.
Q.Do you recommend software?
A.Yes. Based on our extensive experience in the medical market, we have a significant understanding of the multitude of software packages on the market and are happy to consult with you regarding your needs.
